Refund Policy

My policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds for software products

Includes PlayManager

To be eligible for a refund, you must be in one of the following situations:

  • You made your purchase more than once
  • A purchase was made without your permission
  • You are unable to use the product after visiting its technical support resources and contacting me.

If this is the case, please contact me at, provide the order number(s) or transaction ID(s) from the purchase, and specify which purchase needs refunding. Once your request is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Purchases made with a Paysafecard are not refundable due to technical limitations.

As with most other downloadable software, I do not typically offer refunds for other reasons.

Refunds for subscription services

All of my subscription services are not typically eligible for full or partial refunds. If I have done something that has caused you to be unable to access the subscription service, please let me know and I will try to fix it. If I cannot fix it, you may be eligible for a refund.
