Refund Policy

My policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds for software products

Includes PlayManager

To be eligible for a refund, you must be in one of the following situations:

  • You made your purchase more than once
  • A purchase was made without your permission
  • You are unable to use the product after visiting its technical support resources and contacting me.

If this is the case, please contact me at store@hugmanrique.me, provide the order number(s) or transaction ID(s) from the purchase, and specify which purchase needs refunding. Once your request is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval of rejection of your refund.

Purchases made with a Paysafecard are not refundable due to technical limitations.

As with most other downloadable software, I do not typically offer refunds for other reasons.

Refunds for subscription services

All of my subscription services are not typically eligible for full or partial refunds. If I have done something that has caused you to be unable to access the subscription service, please let me know and I will try to fix it. If I cannot fix it, you may be eligible for a refund.
